This absinthe dripper made of glass will be ideal to let fresh water slowly cloud your absinthe. Moreover, it was mouth blown and hand cut.Its dimensions make it fit on a majority of absinthe glasses.

This is a great brouilleur.
I love this brouilleur. The only issue I have with it, is that the drip hole could be a little bit more narrow than it is, but it's really an easy fix to get around. When I'm really wanting to watch a really slow louche, I usually stick a toothpick, or similar into the whole (It helps, but really isn't needed; I'm just being too picky about a slow drip). This drips just fine either way. With my other dripper, the hole is a little smaller, so it drips a bit slower. However, the other is stainless, and I really like the glass better. I normally pour out the water ratio before filling these anyway, but with the glass, you can see the water level as it louches, and for me, this adds to the whole louche experience (especially with a bubble glass). This seems to be a great brouilleur, though. I've had it for about a month or two, and haven't touched the stainless. If you're looking for a quality dripper, this is definitely worth considering. I'm planning on buying two more soon (It'll make absinthe takings a lot easier with a few more!)

Next best thing to a fountain
An elegant piece of glassware. But only four stars because it is not so good as a drip fountain. The sugar cube does not dissolve so well as it will when put on an absinthe spoon and water is dripped on it. Also, there is no way of regulating the speed of the drip. Too fast and the sugar doesn't dissolve, too slow and the louche doesn't form. But I don't have room to store a fountain, so this is the next best thing and with a little practice I am able to make it work reasonably well.

It's Only Okay
Well, the thing IS made of glass..."Mouth Blown & Hand Cut" - Doubtful. I am giving it two stars because it does what it says, but the outlet hole is much too big the water doesn't drip out, it runs out... quickly! I will do as others have suggested and use a tooth pic to control the flow rate, so it will work, but I suppose I will have to break down and get a fountain to be perfectly satisfied. As I ws writing this it occurred to me that by "hand cut" they may mean the drip hole, that I can believe.

Extremely poor quality. Use a pourover coffee dripper instead.
I think they drilled a hole in an ashtray. The hole is at a 45 degree angle, and water just clings to the glass and drips off of the corner. Totally unusable.

Works great!
For those of us who don't have huge amounts of storage space, this is the perfect alternative to an absinthe fountain. I have a nice stemmed glass that I got from Goodwill that sort-of matches the dripper glass. The opening at the rim is about 3", which is slightly small for the dripper, but it works just fine. I wouldn't go much smaller than that, though.

Good quality and fair price
Worked well with the reservoir pontarlier - no need for a fountain. Good quality and fair price.

Absinthe fan?
Not an Absinthe snob but this is a simple, less costly way to prepare Absinthe. The drip is just a little faster than I'd like.Much cheaper than an Absinthe fountain. But not a showy.
