El Casco M-30 Heavy-Duty Stapler
I purchased a stapler from this listing on Amazon's US website, from Amazon Global Store UK. I received an El Casco M-30 heavy-duty stapler, as I expected from the model number shown in the photos, and what I could make out of the description in Spanish. A box of 1000 El Casco size 27 heavy-duty staples were included.El Casco staplers have been assembled by hand in the Basque region of Spain using this same basic design since the 1930s. The price that I paid was very reasonable; high for most any other stapler, but not for an El Casco. This is a buy-it-for-life stapler, with repair services and replacement parts available via the manufacturer's web site. While my brand-new M-30 functions beautifully, so does my beat-up been-abused M-1, and it is El Casco's bottom-of-the-line stapler model.This is a heavy-duty stapler that looks like a regular desk stapler, a fact that isn't clear in the Amazon US listing. The photos in the listing (also used on El Casco's web site), shows the staple size marked on the anvil as "22 - 24/6" (the size of staples used by El Casco's standard desktop staplers), while the stapler I received is marked "24 - 26 - 27" which are the correct size staples used by this heavy-duty model.The size 27 staples included are heavier gauge wire than standard, and have 1/2 inch legs which are able to hold more paper than the standard 1/4 inch leg staples. These staples are interchangeable with "23/17" staples (23 gauge wire & 17mm legs) and Swingline 13 with 1/2 inch leg staples. Heavy-duty staples with shorter legs will also work. I have used Swingline 13 staples with 3/8 inch legs in my M-30 with no issues.If you are looking for an El Casco desk stapler that doesn't use large heavy-duty staples, other models such as the M-1 and M-10 have also been available in this grey colour at good prices from Amazon Global Store UK.

Una grapadora insuperable
El casco no es la marca más económica pero su calidad es excelente. En el caso de esta grapadora de alta capacidad se da además una gran relación calidad-precio. Muy contenta con mi compra, es una grapadora "para toda la vida". Además si algua vez se atasca es muy fácil de desatascar.

Cuesta trabajo grapar
Grapadora con la calidad de El Casco pero, para mi gusto, es dura cuando grapas. Cuesta trabajo, tal vez sea por el tamaño de la grapa del n. 27
