Nudie JeansBreezy Britt Rinsed Original

I love my Hightop Tilde Nudie Jeans, but they're skin-tight, and in my late 20s with three kids (two of whom I birthed, so also mom belly), skin-tight is just not a style I want to wear much at all anymore. So I've been eyeing the Breezy Britt's for a while, figuring I would get the amazing quality of my Tildes, with a cozier fit. I couldn't quite commit to the $200 price tag on the Nudie website, though, and wanted to shop around for a while, so I've hesitated on these for a few years, and was ecstatic when I stumbled across them on Amazon for a bargain!My Tildes are a 28 W x 28 L, which fits me perfectly (5'4", 28"-29" waist, 35" hips), though they do get stretched out a bit after a few wears and shrink back again in the dryer, which I do in violation of the recommendation to hang-dry so that they will shrink down again. I ordered the same size in the Britts. These are about an inch bigger than I expected in both the waist and the length. I am a 28" inseam, but the bottom of these brush against my ankles; and I can gather an inch or maybe even a little more with my fingers around my waist.The color is gorgeous, a dark and rich blue. I am absolutely in love with the color. However, with them not being fitted around the hips (as they appear to be on their models -- but maybe they would be on me in a smaller size), and saggy and oversized on me, sadly I'll most likely be returning them. Hopefully Amazon will restock the 27s soon and I can try a smaller size!While the Tildes are, in my experience, true to size, I would recommend sizing down in the Britts one to two sizes for a flattering fit (which is actually what they recommend doing on their website!).

Nothing wrong with a good pair of Mom Jeans. Something special about those. I got a problem when they are being sold as Men's Jeans on the ol' Amazon though. These came and the denim was nice. Little rough. Dark blue. Popped them on and something was definitely off. Looked in the mirror and laughed. Checked the actual Nudie Jeans website and saw these are ladies jeans on their site. Sent them back.
