Worst Ever possible kind of service
Product is initially good but when you need a repair or service then the team is worse than anything we can think of.Technician who comes already after 10to 15 days of lodging complaint tells to wait for another 10/15 days and so on.The concerned person replies like this is happening because of your weight ( i am 103 kgs and only thats why I bought this machine with 130 kgs recommended capacity)If the machine can't work properly with 103 kgsThen what is the significance of buying it.Shall I loose weight on some other product and then buy this one as a show peice?????

Good Built | No pressure on Knees
Built is very nice. No pressure on knees as there is good suspension/hydraulics. Would recommend to buy. Also the price was better then other machines in that range.

Pathetic seller Nitya fitness hub
Seller sent a defective product. Technicians came twice and confirmed that it’s a defective product. The platform of the treadmill is defective and wrongly aligned. Since then seller stopped communicating. Avoid buying products from this seller Nitya Fitness Hub.
