Great tree. It really looked beautiful and I have no regrets from ordering.

If you buy these trees and you have an option to go with LED lights...choose them. I did not and I have only had my Tree for 3 years and have lost at least 1/3 of the lighting. I bought directly form Balsam Hill after Christmas on sale. I called the company but they informed me I was out of warranty. I called them last Chrsitmas also and they put an order in for a new tree top. They sent me a string of light but informed me that the tree top was on back order. So Iwaited....nothing...until before Chrismtas this year and it finally got here.......Wrong tree top.It does not match. So that said. After Christmas this year I will take the tree down and take all the light off. This will be a major job and buy and restring the tree with LED lights....I believe I spent almost 600.00 for my tree on sale. That is a great deal of money to me. All that said the tree I have is gorgeous. It does look like it is the real McCoy...It is just that the light are crappy....BTW, the tree I bought was The Centennial. It is no longer manufactured. Guess that is why they tree topdidn't match. Signed, Screwed and out of warranty!

This is our 1st artificial tree, and I searched a long time before deciding on this one. Pros and Cons: One middle strand of LED lights went out three days after putting up tree. Tried to trouble-shoot for 2 hrs. It wasn't a bulb or fuse. Also, some lights were warm and some were brighter white. Customer service was good, but had variable instructions on what to do with the tree. I spoke with two different calling centers. One calling center was great. BH ended up sending a new tree. We received the replacement today, but it's so much more work to put up another tree. Really like the tree, just expect perfection and performance for such a high price. The weight of each of the 2 boxes was surprisingly very heavy. I do like the easy set up, and I like the many lights that I did not have to string. BH says there are 900 lights, but Amazon says there are 1050. The tree is not as full as the picture, even after positioning each branch according to the instructions. Also, there were more PVC branches than I prefer. The branches and needles look real but the needles feel very, very stiff and hard...like real tree needles on a tree that has been cut for weeks. I like the shape, and the height is 7'9". Hope that we get our $ out of this tree over the next several years....wondering about the lights and really not looking forward to the thought of having to replace after the 3 yr warranty runs out.

We love the tree now that we got the delivery problem worked out. Thank goodness we decided to set it up when it arrived instead of waiting til December 2016,

This is a beautiful tree! It only took a couple days to arrive and I couldn't believe how quickly my husband put it together. It was easily assembled and I didn't hear my husband yell a single curse word as he put it up (a Christmas miracle). As with any artificial tree, you do have to fluff the branches when you first get it. The tree is high quality, with full branches and lots of lights. We got the LED lights. I am very happy with this tree. It's gorgeous!

Would really love the tree but after assembling that we had a strand of lights on the bottom section that were out. We tried everything that the troubleshooting section said to do and it's still out. Will try one more time when we take it down and pack it up till X Christmas. Issued to be continued
