Been wearing this hard hat and the vented version. Both hard hats are great in fit and adjusting the fit of the harness to my head is easy and comfortable. Padded harness and tight fit where you don’t have to worry about it slipping off your head and i don’t have to fight a headache from the pressure of the harness. Will pick this hard hat over any hard hat an employer can provide.

Great hat, so glad It’s sweat band has plenty of cushion it’s very comfortable. Definitely get the light with it. It’s such a small thing to have but makes a huge difference in making your job easier to see.

Very comfortable and adjustable can make it sit lower or higher on your head. I adjusted mine low so it’s not getting caught on everything when you’re in tighter spaces. The headlights plenty bright and holds a charge good for several days of moderate use or one day of heavy use!

Really nice Helmet, fits well. Quick adjustment. With the headlight attached it's not out of balance. Worth the money I think.

Love the way it looks, love the suspension system very comfortable, but why is the padding orange? Looks super dumb, and now is just immediately dirty looking and makes me look gross. Who in the office jockey pencil pusher decision was it to make the inside padding orange. Also the headlamps batter doesn’t last a shift, and the hinge is bad and rattly, I avoid pointing it up and down because I know it’s just going to be another headlamp I have to zip tie straight in a month because the hinge is worn out. Really close to a 5 star if they change the orange padding and improve the head lamp, I honestly would pay more for this product if they changed these two things.

Been in construction for 20 years. Tried piles of different hard hats and there are cons and pros about many. This is one of my favorite ones for sure. Light weight and the harness is comfortable and very adjustable. Another huge huge plus is the sweat band doesn't drip sweat into your eyes like many others plus after a few days of sweating a lot it still doesn't stick like most others. That's a huge plus for me.

Issues I have so you might have as well.1 bought the hat hoping it was more adjustable then normal one hat hats but I wasn’t able to utilize the adjustments, I was hoping to have a hat that sat higher and more forward for my ear muffs-if you move the band out of the middle position you end up bumping the indents for the light on the front or back. Kinda with then only had on light holder seeing it’s a full brim so spinning the hat makes no sense .2 the ratchet for the back doesn’t seem to like the work environment I’m in, (concrete factory lots of dust) so ever so often it seems to be jammed up and I need to open and close it to clear the gear or whatever the issue is.3 the head band is has a lot of feeding of moving do to the holes then added so it can breath, so with out my ear muffs on it seems to bounce around a lot more then I’m use to with other hats .Positive’sThe removable head band is not I wash it often so that’s convenient.It appears to be very sturdy compared to other hats I see people buying.Would I buy it again … No I’d rather just use the headlight with strap on a different hat seeing as no adjustments were possible for me in the end.

Very light weight. Was actually surprised as I expected a more robust hat. Good Protection for light work such a service work or intermittent use not heavy industrial or manufacturing areas.
