Does whats intended.
Would be nice if it had a light or something to show its connection and power to it, and some sticky pads included would be useful other than that no complaints.

Great way to add USB3 ports using onboard 19 (20) pin header on systemboard...I like it...

Kind of works
The principle of the cable is sound, i have attached the pinout of a motherboard usb header as proof. The connector has usb lines for 2 devices. All this cable does is take each of those to their own connector. So you go from one connector that supports 2 USB devices to 2 connectors that supports 1 USB device. In principle this is fine. However, in my case at least, it seems that people who make usb header cables for devices seem to randomly choose to use 1 set of pins or the other. So what ended up happening is i had 1 device that, when plugged in, actually connected to the wired up pins on the splitter, and a another device that connected to non-connected pins on the other end of the splitter. To make both usb devices work, i had to move the wires on one of the ends from one side to the other (swap 2,4,6,8 over with 1,3,5,7 in the diagram) so that the device actually connected. Then it was fine.

one connection not working
Update Sep/2023: I bought this in 2022, as my ASUS ROG motherboard had 0nly one USB-2 connector, to split it in two for front USB and Corsair link. I noticed the USB in front was not working. I thought it was due to fault of my box. This year I changed the box to a new box, but again it did not work. only one of them is responding. I have the impression that it is due to impedance matching. I could not put it to work so I revised my review from 5 to 2 stars. 2 star because I am not sure whose fault it is. otherwise should be one star. I am still looking for a proper USB splitter.

Works like a charm
I have a very nice gaming PC.When I purchase new components that need to run off of an internal USB header, I would prefer to test them before actually starting to take my PC apart. And, since I have five devices in my PC using USB2 ports (I have an NZXT internal USB hub), I don't want to spend a lot of time finding out something doesn't work.A couple of weeks ago I purchased another internal display for my PC. This display just works off of USB2, and before installing it, routing the cable and testing I wanted it tested first. I used this cable and it worked perfectly for using an external USB port to test the display. And a good thing I did as well since after running the display for 15 minutes it developed a line of bad pixels through the display. I returned it and ordered another one that is working perfectly.Since then, I have purchased another 8.8" display and also tested it externally before installing it.This little cable is a great time saver. I would recommend everyone with a lot of internal USB devices have one in a drawer.

Cables are sturdy - worked without any issues
I used it to split one usb on the motherboard into two and now it's running my temperature gauge on my AIO as well as my WiFi adapter at the same time

Surprisingly, it works
With this, I was able to connect more usb ports

Good option for Adding hidden USB within PC Chassis
Inexpensive option for adding additional USB devices you want to hide within the PC Chassis. Works well, no issues since purchase.

WOW USB header splitter that actually works!
This review is for MZHOU 9-PIN USB2.0 Extension Cable, 9PIN to Dual PIN Extension Port. It actually worked to split my corsair water pump (icue) with a usb wireless power on/off receiver. Both work perfectly without issue. My motherboard manual states that the header supports 2 more usb connections on the header so your board might have to also support more than one on a single header. I tried 6 other types of cables and methods to do this and this cable is the only one I had success with!
