The flavor was bitter

This is a very good product. I got the Ginger Cardamom chai and the fragrance and flavor is just amazing. Depending on the amount of tea leaf you can make it either strong or light. I am now going to buy the other flavors Chaayos has.

This tea is just the perfect cup of tea I need to get going in the morning. My mom is visiting from India and she approved it too. Nice blend of ginger and cardamom is adequately strong and very refreshing. I have made this tea for many friends/guests in the last month since I bought and each time I received compliments. Depending on how strong you like, you can make it as is or mix it with any regular tea leaves you generally use. Won’t regret buying this.

For the first time I have ordered a tea which comes with real strong flavors, I like Adrak and Elaichi in my tea and this pack is giving both in one go.Pros- Strong taste of flavors (Both Adrak and Elaichi)- No need to mixing anything except Sugar- You can see dry adrak and elaichi in mixed in the leaf- Value for money- taste is superb- Perfect color of CHAICons- Packaging could have been better

Albeit a bit costly full paisa usool for its flavours. Excellent product & fully satisfied. No complaints on packaging too. I would highly recommend this specially to boost immunity during covid crisis. Other than price no grudges.

If you are using 2 tablespoons of a normal tea then use 1 tablespoon for this tea. Otherwise the taste will be affected and it will feel like you are drinking any ginger ilaichi soup. Flavor is very strong can ruin your taste. fragrance is very attractive but taste is something which is missing.

Bought it for my mother who is a hardcore tea drinker and a connoisseur from a village in punjab.She rated it 2 out of 10.Apparently it's for people who have zero knowledge about what a real masala should contain !And she did not approve of the quality of the tea either.Suppose ur using normal Chai Patti, u will add 1 spoon of it in ur milk but this brand demands atleast 3 spoons in the same amount of milk and its more expensive too.According to her, they have added some kind of a taste and a color enhancer and when it comes to basic knowledge of food, she is usually right .I bought 3 flavors for her. She disapproved all three !She said this particular pack looked more like 10 black ants mixed with hard wood shavings without any flavour and actually tasted like saw dust !

To be true it's not what I thought it to be,there is whole lot of dry ginger infact more than tea leaves it's ginger only,the falvour of elaichi is very very mild,this amount of dry ginger in tea for flavour will definitely not going to do any good.plus it doesn't impart rich colour , following all the procedure mentioned in the sachet.To use it one has to mix it up with the normal chai patti,otherwise its a disappointment.At this cost seems like not up to the mark.too much of dry ginger.I will not say not to buy ,but the adrak elaichi tea of home will give much more aroma and taste. definitely not going to purchase again
