Not suitable for me
I heard about too much it’s very beneficial for over all our health but it’s not suitable for me if people u want to have pls make sure u don’t have any health problems which not absorb it because I’m having very heavy bleeding problems n it’s triggered to use this stuff

I bought this as I saw a lot of reviews that this is perfect for providing protein as a treatment and help with hair growth. I’ve used it once, it makes my hair feel healthy after rinse, but of course I used other products.
