Heavy duty and provide a great hold
Really heavy duty. Was looking for hair accessories that aren’t plastic and don’t break easily. I have thick hair and other butterfly clips never seem to hold my hair in place for very long. These work great and check all the boxes of what I was searching for!

Holds Hair Tight
I did not think I would like metal on my head but it really isn't any different than plastic, a bit heavier but it hold the hair So Much Better than the plastic kind and you don't have to worry about the prongs breaking. I have very thick hair and have broken so many plastic prongs. I don't think I will have to worry about that with these. Going to also purchase some longer ones.

Fell apart in a week.
When I received my order the first thing I noticed was the sturdiness. It's metal so it had a really good grip, however within a week the hair clip fell apart. I suppose that as you keep opening the clip, the piece that keeps it together slowly starts sliding off. I was somewhat disappointed, tried putting back together but it's challenging.

I like it, just be careful
The prong on the spring popped out this morning while I was trying to clip my hair up. It resulted in a little blood. Otherwise, I like these clips, just hope it doesn’t happen again. The metal thing claw itself feels sturdy and securely held my messy bun in place all day yesterday. Cute style as well.

Works great
I bought these metal butterfly clips because the plastic ones break all of the time. They are strong and the clasp offers good tension. Love that it comes in a 3-pack. Good value, too!

Pleasantly surprised.
These clips hold my long & very thick hair all day - metal is very sturdy and very pretty. I really expected to have to return these like I have done with many other clips claiming to hold up thick hair, but they stay in all day without loosening a bit. Highly recommend.

It's okay. Not the best on very thick hair, also not that large. Mine broke after a while, and the color wears quickly on the teeth. It's cute though.
