Endometriosis Friendly!
I have endometriosis and just started looking into products that I can buy to make that time of the month easier. These are PERFECT for a heavy period and they honestly don't slip around all that much, especially if you use the second snap. I was nervous at first because I thought I would bleed off the back, but I can honestly say that hasn't been an issue due to the absorbency of these pads. I was also surprised by the feeling of the pad once I wore it. I was expecting a much bulkier feeling, yet these were much less noticeable than the disposable pads I used to wear. I love that each pack is like a mystery because all the designs are super cute, even if you don't see them while using them, it's just a perk. All in all, they're not super high quality when it comes to material and stitching, but for the price, I'm not going to complain at all. Love these so much and would totally order again!Update after a few months use: These are still going strong! I have over 20 of these pads and I machine wash them in warm water with some vinegar to keep them soft. I hang dry them and they still absorb every bit as well as when I first started using them. The second snap still keeps from slipping and I can sleep overnight worry-free! They're very comfortable for my endo and can take the heavy bleeding days, so I'm still not going to complain. They're holding up well!

Absolutely love these!!!
I see mixed reviews so I have to share how much I love this product. As a 60 year old who has bladder leaks when laughing, coughing or sneezing, I’ve been wearing a liner daily for a couple years. But these are so much better! They’re sot and comfortable. I hardly notice them when walking, sitting, or even when doing Pilates. The best part is that they don’t produce tat “down there” odor! After several hours with a store panty liner, I felt like I smelled like a nursing home. Withers these washable liners.,,. No odor at all! Do they move around? Yes, when I’m using the restroom, but I find they stay in place once I pull up the underwear and whatever else I’m wearing. Highly recommend!!

They’re not for moderate incontinency
They were comfortable against my skin, easy to use, they stayed in placeThe front was not long enough , I had to use a small pad to help with lengthening the front. They do not stay dry on top layer

It is a personal preference *updated* a few modifications later...
I bought these washable pads for both my daughter and myself. She loves them and doesn't want to use disposable anymore! I couldn't wait to go back to the old stayfree brand. (Which is now switching to carefree.) She likes them because the disposable ones always have irritated her sensitive skin and these ones don't. She also thought these were more comforterble to wear. Personally, I couldn't stand the way these ones felt, very bulky and wouldn't stay in place. (Although they performed their duty well.) In the end, you simply have to try them for yourself; it all comes down to personal preference. My daughter would rate these as a 5 star, and I would go for a 3. So, together it averaged as a 4.*update*Because of the cost of disposable pads (and that I have 3 daughters), I decided to give the washable ones another try. I realized the reason they felt bulky is they are not quilted like the disposable ones. That was an easy fix. I quilted a 1" wide wave patern perpendicular to the long side of the pad. That with a little bit of fabric tape to hold it in place, and these are wonderful! I now much prefer them over disposable! (Especially since Stayfree has switched to Carefree and has decreased their quality this year.)

When it comes to garbage, I wonder where AWAY is?
I love these, no more stinky bin full of soiled pads going to the land fill. I ❤️ the smaller carbon footprint. They absorb faster and form fit to your body with much less leakage and splash than any incontinence products I have tried, and rinse, wash and dry as expected. They hold more than I expected for overnight use. I will continue to buy them.

Gusset is too wide
The gusset is so wide, it scrunches up between your legs..then when you have some leakage, it hits the very edges of the pad, not in the middle. That makes them useless. Did you all bother to measure the gusset on a pair of underwear or possibly a swimsuit at all? No, you didn’t..otherwise you would have known they were about 2 inches too wide..

SO much more comfortable than disposables! Does the job.
I seem to have sensitive skin “down there”. Wearing disposable pads- as leak protection with tampons- always made me uncomfortable and prone to soreness. Towards the end of my fertile years I finally found cloth alternatives for that and it made a huge difference. Fast forward 10 years post-menopause and, well, we all get older! So I bought these for the OTHER kind of leak protection. Thankfully that’s still pretty rare, but time will march on. I actually prefer cloth also because I work to minimize my contribution to landfills, but the comfort and lack of “adult diaper rash” of these is at least as valuable. These, like my previous small menstrual leak ones, wash beautifully w/o stains or odor. I rinse first of course, but then put them in a mesh laundry bag in a regular load and hang dry. No major hassle.

Other uses.
I use these pads not for menstrual periods but as I call them my peepee pads during the day for leakage of urine. Much more comfortable than normal light weight pads. Saves money because you can wash and reuse. I wear one every day.
