Carlson Mini-Multi, Essential Vitamins & Minerals, 90 Small Tablets

I've been using this vitamin for over 2 years and am very satisfied. I've ordered this in the past from another online vendor, but the Amazon price is very competitive, and I got free shipping too (with another item) so it was a really good value.I have a lot of trouble swallowing pills, and I've tried crushing, splitting and even opening capsules, so it was a nice surprise to finally find a multi-vitamin with everything I need in a small, easy to swallow tablet. The Vitamin A is 100% beta carotene, so there's no concern about toxicity when taking a second tablet if I need a little pick-me-up later in the day. Also, the 120mg (200% DV) of Vit C is calcium ascorbate. Even small amounts of ascorbic acid can upset my tummy, so I preferred this buffered form. I was pleased when the formula changed, increasing the amount of D to 600IU (150% DV) since it's helpful in the metabolism and absorption of calcium. This vitamin is iron-free, so if you need iron, you will have to order an iron supplement, but I've been told iron is usually unnecessary for post-menopausal women.In summary, I would highly recommend this product to someone who wants to get his or her basic daily requirement in a mini tablet.

I cut way down on the potency of the vitamins I was taking and had been taking for years. I found they were becoming too stimulating now that I'm older. But these are perfect - only I add "folate" since these pills have "folic acid" which new information shows is not as good for you as getting the real "folate" version. Wish they would change that. Still a good coverage vitamin and low enough that you can take two in the day if you are feeling run down. I do add a few things to my regime like extra C and D3 and magnesium and k3 but this vitamin is the base I build around. And they last forever since there are so many in the bottle. I have no trouble swallowing large pills but these are really small and should be easy for those of you who do.

It took me a long time to find a perfect multivitamin and this is it! The amounts in it are not too much to coincide with my other supplements that I take. It is the perfect amount without over dosing. It also does not bother my stomach at all and it is from A reputable company. I love the small size easy to swallow!

I used to take Carlson minis because they were small and easy to swallow. They did not smell. Now they smell like sulphur, ammonia, or some chemical odor. I can't bring myself to put one in my mouth. The smell makes me gag. So much for easy to swallow. Not returnable, of course. Money down the drain and pills in the trash.

I normally buy the ACES one but they were sold out, so I ordered this one. I did like it!

I have a lot of trouble swallowing big vitamins, as was looking for something smaller. Tried these Carlson's and I really love them. I can swallow them with ease, and they don't even scratch going down. I like the fact that they don't have super percentages of what you need. Just 100% of most. They don't have iron, and that is what I was looking for. I have been taking them for a few years with no problems. I have even taken them on an empty stomach, and they have not bothered me (no headache/upset stomach). I always buy on Amazon as they are hard to find in my area, and the price is always great.

These vitamin pills are easy to swallow and contain the necessary vitamins and minerals.
