Kuhn Rikon Mezzaluna Knife, Green, 6"

Slices & dices everything that I throw at it like Cucumbers, Celery, Carrots, Green Leaf Greens/Herbs like Spinach, different types of Lettuce's, Mint Leaf, Cilantro, Kale, Dill, Cabbage, Also fruits like Apples, Lemons, Oranges, Bananas, Kiwi's, Tomato's. Everything that I threw at it, it cut excellently. It was very easy to wash & store. It is great quality & the cover that protects you from the blade is durable & excellent. The blade is Very Very sharp, so don't slip & hit your fingers because you will be sorry that you did so because this is truly a Japanese Stainless Steel blade & it feels like sword steel. Nothing sticks to it, so it is totally a non stick surface like they said. This blade/knife makes it so fast & easy for me to chop or cut my veggies & fruit & other things & I love this thing. This company who makes this Blade has a customer forever. I will be looking into other kitchen products this company makes because this one is excellent & you can't go wrong with this blade/knife. I mainly eat mostl raw veggies & fruits so cutting tools is a must & this at this moment is my top cutting tool right along side of my ceramic knife set. You will truly enjoy this blade, go get it people.

After Cuisinart had their blade recall, I decided to replace my machine with manual tools. This one is a considerable improvement on the Cuisinart's performance at fine chopping. It's very easy to do a thorough, uniform job with it. I like the blade guard as well.

What a great addition to any kitchen this little mezzaluna is. I love it for all chopping but it is especially helpful when you are trying to mince herbs such as parsley or cilantro. Be careful though, this is one sharp knife, be sure to store it in the sheath it comes in.

Very sharp and easy to use. This is smaller than the mezzaluna I've used before and doesn't have the two handles that I'm used to but this really is very good quality and it doesn't take much space in my kitchen drawer.I love Kuhn Rikon products and this one is another winner for me.

I bought this for my disabled daughter to cut meat independently, as she has limited dexterity and is unable to use conventional cutlery. It worked perfectly.

Super sharp and effective, with a handy blade cover.

Smaller than I expected but I still use it more than my knives. Handy for finely chopping garlic and sun dried tomatoes, chillies etc. Came with a guard for safety whilst in the draw. I like using it.

Dieses Messer habe ich für meinen Sohn gekauft, welcher nur eine Hand zur Verfügung hat, damit er wieder selbstständig sein Fleisch schneiden kann. Wir verwenden ein rundes Holzbrett auf einem Silikon- Tischset, damit das Brett nicht rutscht und es klappt wunderbar. Selbst fast drei Zentimeter dicke Steaks kann er nun mit einer Hand selbst in mundgerechte Stücke schneiden.Selbstverständlich lassen sich auch Kräuter sehr gut schneiden.
