Came in the original packing as is from US.. A good budget friendly Multivitamin that is Organic nd Whole Food Sourced.. Kudos to Global Mart for the authentic product and one with far off expiry

Too hard to swallow these very large pills.

I always used the "Garden of Life" brand of whole food vitamins before, but this is much cheaper and it's the same thing! Highly recommended if you're into organic vitamins. This being a Costco brand, I trust that it is real, quality, and accurately labeled ingredients.

I like these vitamins because they are organic there are food sourced they are not synthetic so they are much more beneficial to our bodies
