Had an oil leak because the previous owner forgot to put in the o ring, bought an oil filter with an o ring and accidentally broke the housing cap when tightening it. Bought this one and it was a perfect fit it was better than the previous one I had on, definitely recommend for all Toyota owners! Mine was a 2016 Toyota tundra

For 5.7 Tundra.Looks robust. The center filter cage was shorter than my original. I replaced new shorter cage with longer original one.

The upgrade is well worth it If you are doing your own maintenance.

This replacement oil filter housing/cap is a perfect fit on our 2009 Toyota Rav4 Base model. As many have experienced, the lower drain plug on the OEM filter housing was overtightened and impossible to remove. Without this drain functioning properly, changing the oil required removing the whole filter housing without draining it first with a high potential for making a mess.This replacement not only fits perfectly, the metal housing screws into the motor side housing much smoother. The OEM plastic housing was always very tight to screw in and felt like something was about to break. This metal housing is just better on all accounts and I feel great recommending it.

This fit the 2010 Rav4 Base model perfectly. The only thing missing is the torque rating stamped on the housing's center cap similar to the OEM cap. FYI: it should be torqued to 13Nm while the entire housing should be torqued to 25Nm when placed onto the car.
