Heaven God's Promise for Me

I purchased a few children's books after my father died because my children would randomly ask me questions and it was emotional and difficult to answer. This has to be one of the best children's books that I've read to help them deal with death and dying. I am a hospice nurse and Will continue to recommend this book to families with young children.

Great for kids! I recently lost my dad and was looking for a book for my 9, 5 and 3 year old. We borrowed many from preschool and this one was the best. So good I ordered a copy for us to keep at home. I love the prayer at the end that the kids can say accepting Jesus into their hearts so they can go to heaven some day too.

Bought this for my granddaughter who was always asking questions about heaven---she loved the book and made her so excited about going to heaven someday. I liked the salvation prayer at the end too. Great little book for kids!

Wonderfully written book about Heaven that your little one will enjoy.

Beautifully written book explaining heaven to a child. I highly recommend it. My grandson is 4 1/2 and loved it. At the end of the book there is a invitation to accept Jesus in your heart and a card to write your name and date.....he did :)

Truth for young inquiring minds. As Anne once said, we must be about the business of teaching our children about God daily .

This is so simply and sweetly written! Very easy for our 5 year old grandson to better understand heaven.

The words are comforting and understandable for my 5 year old granddaughter, who just lost her "pop-pops." The pictures are beautifully done. My granddaughter said that she thinks that her beloved "pop-pops" is in Heaven playing with Jesus and that she will see him again and play, too. It brought her a lot of peace.

Purchased for my young nephews after their mom passed away suddenly. The illustrations are gorgeous and it is written for children to understand. Gives a message of hope for the future. A great book to help explain heaven to little ones. Would highly recommend this book for children who have lost a loved one.

Great book for children

I bought 3 of those books for my great grandchildren, they are so wonderful, great words and the most beautiful pictures. It explains where grandparents have gone when they die, in a most child like way. But it also helps adults to know about heaven, I would heartly recommend this book.
