Moon Rabbit Gluten Free Wholesome Oatmeal Cookie Mix, 19.1-Oz

Best gluten free oatmeal cookies EVER!! Crunchy outside, chewy inside yet DONE. Stayed that way (stored in glass) for several days. I have tried all the mixes, tried every flour blend and after 6 years... YAY for Moon Rabbit! ALL their mixes are foolproof (if instructions followed EXACTLY) and have some good recipes on their website. The biscuits are to die for (best drop biscuit gf or not), done all the way thru, freeze well (individually wrapped in wax paper then bag, thawed & in a toaster oven a min), make the best breakfast sandwiches, pie crust is like real pie crust... Trust me, I have tried every recipe and every mix over the last years and Moon Rabbit is the best, stuff gets done, still good after a few days and is the least expensive... IF directions are followed as written.

While not celiac, I do not tolerate gluten well, but I miss eating a good cookie. So many "gluten free" cookies on the market taste like cardboard. These are one of the rare exceptions. I bake them for a little less than the time printed on the package for a softer cookie. One recommendation I have if you are the only one eating these cookies is to make half a bag/batch at a time, otherwise the cookies dry out before you can eat them all.

This is the third order of moon rabbit that I have ordered, they are very good cookies. I add nuts or choc chips or raisins and the mix seems to handle that fine. They are also great just plain. They smell wonderful, and freeze well.

Add chocolate chips, or white, raisens or shreeded 1/4 of apple it tastes amazing.

I decided to try the wheat belly program, and had a very difficult time finding gluten free cookies. I saw this mix, and ordered some. The cookies are excellent. I did add raisins and walnut pieces to the recipe. They came out just as good as any regular Oatmeal Raisin cookies. They are easy to make, too.

These are soooo good! Last time I made them my boyfriend wouldn’t try because they were gluten free. Made them again a couple months later and I told him these were “regular” oatmeal cookies and he couldn’t stop eating them. Same thing with my 20 year old son who stopped by. 😄. 2nd time I added a tablespoon of honey and this made them chewy instead of hard and crispy.

This is the best gluten free cookie mix ever!!! Let's just say that my family did not notice that it was gluten free until they had eaten it several times and I volunteered to let them know. Excellent!!! In addition I'd like to mention that it has a lot of nutrition. Most gluten free products lack in nutrition and I really dislike that. Not this one!! Excellent cookies 🍪 and nice and chewy! Add nuts and baking sugar and cinnamon and raisins with your dry goods such as dry eggs dry powder and dry butter goods and you will be so pleased how delicious 😋
