Delivery was good. Price was good
Delivery was good. Price was good. They are a bit light duty as far a packaging. One arrived with a small leak and we had to throw out. They are best used inside of a zip lock baggy for extra protection. Otherwise a great product.

It leaks after a few uses
I was freezing the cold pack every night. It seems to expand more every time it’s frozen after use. The ice pack then began to leak. For the price ($10) I expect to be able to use it longer than 3-4 weeks. On the plus side, it stays frozen a really long time. I never tried it as a heat pack, so I don’t have an opinion on that use. It’s really sad that they don’t either put less liquid in the pack, or make a bigger package so it won’t leak, since this is otherwise the best ice pack I have ever ver used.

When they don't leak they are great
I have used these as ice packs on sore knees. I liked them because they stay cold all night. I've ordered them twice from Amazon but the last 2 I ordered leaked after the first use. They say leak proof but that is not true. When they do leak it's a weird gel like substance that gets all over everything. It does not stain but still... After only one use??

Leaks, Freezes Hard, Does Not Heat Easily
I bought four of these to add to a cooler to keep beverages cold without wasting ice or the mess of melting things. It does that alright, however, every single one of them have begun to leak a very chemical smelling, off yellow liquid.I contained this problem with the quart sized freezer ziplock bags. Also, to heat up you have to fully cover in water, and the product doesn't get very hot. (I have only heated one, and that one leaks worse than the others.)Considering the price, I suppose the deal wasn't so bad, as I am able to use them for my intended purpose.

Not Sad But True
Yes it’s true, the ice pack sweats, it hardens like a brick, and is not very durable. Yet, because my son’s elementary school is insane, he is required to leave his lunch outside the classroom in Phoenix Arizona where it has been over 100° for all eight weeks he has been to school so far this school year.We have tried multiple ice packs to keep his food cold. All melt and cause condensation that makes his food soggy. This Lifoam “Hot ‘n Cold” ice pack has maintained a cold lunch box for at least six hours in a shaded area that l, as I said, consistently remains over 100°. My recommendation, wrap it in a thin cloth, place it in a Ziploc bag, and you might get half a school year’s use out of it. and that’s all we need, because the Nov-March is perfect weather.I have not tried to heat the bag, but based on the material/plastic, I would not be very confident doing so. And the review above that stated these bags are available from Walmart for only a couple of dollars, at least according to my search on September 17, 2019, the price for this ice pack from Walmart.com was eight dollars. More expensive than here on Amazon.
