Bought this so that we could connect a wii to our new television as it only has HDMI connections available... very easy to set up, simple, 30 seconds to plug and play.. options between resolution settings was good, no problems, quite impressed

I bought this after a few attempts to connect my old DVD player which has AV and SCART connection to a new TV with only HDMI. This was my last attempt. The DVDs play, but apparently it is to be expected that the picture/sound will not be great quality as the signal needs to be converted. So, I shall be buying a new DVD player. So if you’re thinking of saving some money and trying to connect your old player with a cable, don’t. Buy a new one. I could have saved money by just buying the DVD player.Now to take out shares in Amazon….

The item I bought didn't work at all and I feel I've been cheated.

Had problems connecting my Nintendo wii to my tv as it only had hdmi sockets first I purchased a wii2hd plug in which never worked then I saw this and thought I’d give it a try it worked a treat straight away. Would recommend this product to anyone.

It works perfectly with my PS2, and the included USB cable even works with the PS2’s low voltage USB port. Would recommend for anyone looking to use their old devices with a new TV or monitor.

Works perfectly fine for my purposes, though people expecting a better picture quality than the original source will be disappointed - the quality is exactly the same.

The product is great, no doubt, if you need male RCA to HDMI conversion.. however the consoles specified, and which I purchased this for under the false pretence that it was able to be used with, require FEMALE RCA as they use Male to connect as an input.. and Male to Male doesn’t work..so this is utterly useless for the purpose it is claimed it is sold for

Video quality could be better but ok for price.
