Melatonin is a hormone that has been exploited and somewhat abused by the health industry and sadly, people blindly swallow whatever that industry feeds them without doing research first.More melatonin is not better when it comes to sleep. Melatonin is a hormone and should be treated as such. Your body produces it at night (don't take melatonin at other times of the day because it's biologically against your body cycle) and only produces a very SMALL amount to maintain a healthy sleep cycle. Supplementing with more than 3 mg (which is already more than most people need) is unhealthy and can cause depression, mood issues, and worse sleep cycles. This product has 8 mg. That is obscene and shouldn't even be on the market, imo. Tampering with delicate things like body hormones always has consequences, many of which are not initially apparent. Please by careful with a product like this.Aside from an unnecessary amount of melatonin, this does have a lot of beneficial ingredients for mood and internal rest but they will affect everyone differently based on your unique makeup and what things you are or are not deficient in. Not everyone responds to things like 5-htp, etc, and what works well for one person will do nothing for another. Do your research as to what you personally need before buying a blanket product like this that may exacerbate your condition.

I am not sure if this will help you lose any weight but it Definitely put me to sleep and I slept Deeply and woke up Refreshed and Well Rested!!! And for that, it is worth it's weight in gold!!! Best Over the Counter Sleep aid I have ever tried, VERY effective!!! I haven't lost any weight though, but I cheated every day as for dieting!! Thank you!!!

This could likely be a VERY effective sleep supplement if it wasn't for one ingredient that is overdone - melatonin. I am one of those individuals who gets an increased heart rate when taking Nyquil or any other PM cough medicine when I am not feeling well (No, I don't take those anymore!).The reason I bring that up is because this supplement reminds me of when I took those so-called "sleep aids" in the past. It didn't make my heart race, but seemed to make my brain race to a point where I couldn't relax and get to sleep. Six days taking this and my sleep score was in the low 70s. Six days taking another supplement, with 2mg of melatonin, and my sleep score was consistently in the high 80s.The point here is that there may be too much melatonin in here. There is a breaking point. For some, it's 5mg and for others it may be 10mg. For me, the nice medium is 5mg. I should have realized that before I tried this product, but I thought maybe some of the other ingredients would interact in a way to take the edge off from the melatonin. I thought wrong and I had six restless nights to sleep on it.Cut the melatonin down and you may have a great supplement.

I'm sure getting a good night sleep since taking these supplements, they are easy to take with water, L- Carnitine is good for fat burning, so I like the idea of taking at night and let it do its work while I sleep. I’m starting to look a bit slimmer and tighter around the belly area, so I will continue to take this. Good product! Recommend it!

This product created extreme stomach upset. After a couple of days it went in the trash!

So far I am really happy with this Ketond Metabolic Accelerator PM. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard sized capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. I slept great the nights that I’ve taken it.
