DU-BRO801 2-56 x 12" Threaded Rod (6-Pack)

Hesitated to get the pre-threaded Du-Bro set, I regret every minute of delay. I bought piano wire and a wire bender and spent weeks tracking down a tap and die to thread them. What a waste. Unless you need more than 12" long rods, don't waste your time looking any further. They bend easier than the piano wire and they thread easily into the high quality clevises that I bought with these. In order to thread the piano wire you need some special tool used to thread bike spokes. Just buy these and save yourself my headache. These are high quality and easy to work with, there may be other good ones out there but unless they're priced much lower than these you might as well get these. I can assure you that you won't be disappointed.

I wanted fully threaded rod so I could have on hand for repairs and projects. I do have the means to cut threads all the way but would have preferred to have fully threaded rods on hand. It appears the product is made for a specific hobby rather than being general purpose stock. Cost was low so not a big deal.

Good Rod. Could be cheaper. This is a high quality Du-bro threaded rod. Fits perfectly well on ailerons servos (short distance). Good for big foam planes or 18% to 25% scale RC balsa planes. The price could be cheaper.

Used on my TBS Caipirinha. Works fantastic and bends easier than normal piano wire. Just measure, cut with a pair of pliers and bend the end into an L. Attach your clevis and you're done! Super easy and works great. Thanks :)

Description claims "fully threaded", NOT SO! Returned.

These work great with a 2mm nylon clevis and Du-Bro pushrod locking connectors for my ailerons, rudder, and elevator.

Model Airplane control linkages. Dubro Products are top quality.

Nice quality pushrods that appear to be galvanized but I don't know that for a fact.
