Fate Core Dice: Vampire Dice, 16mm

I love the red and purple colors used in this set! They're not flat and remind me of marbling. I'll definitely be breaking out this set often!

These are absolutely gorgeous and worth every penny. We recently started playing The Dresden Files, and the game makes it perfectly clear how to play the game with regular D6 if you don't already have Fate Dice. I needed an additional small item or two to add on to my order to qualify Amazon's free shipping and just couldn't resist these.I'm not sure how it works with other games that use Fate or Fudge dice, but with The Dresden Files you only ever need to roll 4 die at once. So, this pack allows me to keep the purple ones all to myself and allow my other players to share the black and red sets if they would rather use them than the D6 variation.The dice are beautiful, with gorgeous pearlized colors as advertised, well balanced, and very well made. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another set, and may do exactly that if it looks like we're going to continue with our current game long enough.

I wished there was quality control Fate Core's dice. There were specks of white paint on parts of the dice that I had to rub off, and random specs of debris and dirt on the white painted parts of the dice. Not to mention the buff and shine of parts of the dice are inconsistent.On the plus side, the dice feels nice and weighted in the hand, and they roll random from what I see so far. From afar they look nice, until you start to take a closer look at the details.Buying fate dice in the past, the quality for the finish and polish of these items, is sadly inconsistent. You get what you get. Sometimes it's good, and sometimes it's not. I would say tame your expectations, because of the inconsistency of the finish and polish of the dice, what you get is random, and sometimes what you get is not always great.I wished that the manufacturers would at least have quality control for their dice products because I love playing Fatecore with friends and family. To at least have some consistency with finish and polish of dice would give more of us players a deeper appreciation and pride for the game. Plus like to show that through our dice lol.

Great looking, balanced. Came in clutch that time I had to punch an eldrich horror in one of its faces.

Arrived quickly and really nice

These dies are fantastic. One of my players immediately asked if Evil Hat made any d20s and was crushed when I explained that no, they didn't.The way they feel in your hands is unbeatable. These are the nicest plastic dices I've ever had.

These are cool, high quality dice. They are evil though. I get nervous every time I roll them.

The red and purple are kind of "marbled" which I didn't think I saw well in the photo. Otherwise, really great!
