Faucet handles move in opposite directions.
These are nice faucets and work well. Just be aware the hot and cold handles turn in opposite direction to turn the water on and off. One handle turns towards the back splash to shut off the water and the other turns towards the sink to turn off the water. Most faucets you can remove the cartridge and reposition the stop to adjust the handle direction. On this faucet you can't adjust them. I called Kingston brass and they told me that that is how the faucet is designed to work. If I want the handles to turn in the same direction I would have to purchase a new cartridge for the hot water side for $35.00 ea, plus tax and shipping. After paying close to $480.00 for 2 faucets I would have had to pay another $90.00 to replace the cartridges to have the handles turn in the same direction.

Beautiful...well made bath faucet
I bought this faucet to replace a cheap double handled faucet that was worn out. I liked the fact that it had a very traditional look with porcelain handles and that the spout rotated left to right to help rinse out the sink. However, the brass stem that fits into the sink holes is about 1/4 inch too large to fit the standard pre-drilled porcelain bath sink. This faucet is made for a sink where the installer drills a custom hole to fit, such as granite or quartz. I was disappointed that I had to return it to Amazon. Amazon did accept the return and immediately refunded my money.

Good faucet, Poor quality control
The faucet is nice construction and fits nicely in my bathroom. The only problem is that I had to fix it before I could use it. The first problem was noticeable even before installation. The screws to attach the handles were 1/4" too short. So, I had to go to the hardware store to buy screws to attach the handles. After installation, I turned on the faucet and water started coming out of the top at the decorative screw. When I removed the screw, I found an o-ring seal that had been pinched by the screw threads. Another trip to the hardware store to get an o-ring, and now I have a working faucet. Just wish the manufacturer would have tested the faucet before shipping it out. For the price, I would expect this would be the normal quality control procedure. I will definitely reconsider before buying another Kingston Brass product.

Gorgeous, short screws
Gorgeous. Love the design. Would be a 5-star, however, screws for the faucet handles were too short. Quick trip to local hardware store can solve that, but considering how much the faucets cost, this was an unacceptable oversight IMO.

Handle broke
I loveD this faucet but we’ve only had it installed for about 9 months and one of the porcelain handles broke in half? I need a replacement but it looks like I’d have to go to the Kingston brass manufacture? If the seller could send the replacement, I’d be a happy camper again! Thanks.

no pressure
Beautiful design but no water pressure. This is the 2nd faucet from Kingston Brass that we've had no pressure with.

Heavy, sturdy and high quality
Heavy and solid construction, and feels super quality. Waiting for install and cannot wait to see the cross handles.

Questionable Quality
This faucet has been installed in a rarely used bathroom for only 4 months - one handle has cracked and the visible Kingston Brass logo on the bottom of the piece is half gone. Very odd and making me rethink the authenticity of the piece.
