Q: Hello - what kind of power adapter can be used for this device in order for it to work in Europe?

We have 110v here in usa i think they sell adapters to convert 220v to 110 v in Europe i am sure

Q: What are your favorite recipes?

I have to bake gluten free and followed the recipe by EMILY under the reviews. It uses a gluten free cake mix. They were amazing and I ended up making 3 more batches because everyone wanted a batch when they tried one. The chocolate is better and had a richer taste than the yellow cake mix. I also had the problem of them cooking unevenly on one side, but was reading a mini donut cookbook and it suggested using the fork to turn them over 2/3 of the way through cooking. Make sure and time them like the recipe says because they do cook quick. I usually undercook mine by about 30 seconds and they turn out perfectly. The glaze uses a lot of powdered sugar but totally makes the donuts. I bought one as a gift for my aunt because I liked mine so much. I hadn't been able to eat a donut in 7 years because of a gluten intolerance, and now I can whip up a batch in less than half an hour whenever I want. Hope this helps. Betty Crocker gluten free chocolate cake mix is the one I recommend.
