I love this peel! The quality is outstanding! I've always been very frustrated for the low choice we have in the US for quality pizza peels! Until i found this one which i can definitely compare to the quality of an italian made peel! (Yes, the italian "azzurra"peel!) The coating is fantastic and doesn't get the dough stuck on it, letting the pizza slide off and on flawlessly. The perforations are also nice for two huge reasons: no humidity under the pizza (humidity make it stick to the peel) and helps discarding the eccess flour under the pizza! It's also flexible and stiff at the same time which is a MUST for me! Highly recommend!

Works great to deliver fermented pizza dough to the pizza oven

Works well and nice size. Also functions as a turner in my Ooni.Downside- if the pizza is heavy.... the dough will sink into perforations

It makes pizza making easy for putting pizza into the oven and removing them.

Awesome product

If you want to make pizza don’t use this product. The holes in it make it impossible to use semolina and the end result is a ruined pizza because the dough sticks and won’t slide into the oven. Spend a little more on a wood pizza peel they work so much better.

this item warped as soon as I used it on my brick oven. Now it I cannot pick the pizza up from the table as easy as another that I had to purchase.
