Excellent to run the ThiEye mirror dashcam perfectly when ignition switched on & able to hide all cables so makes everything looks great :)))

I bought this expecting to install withing 1 day. However I noticed that the micro blade fuse I needed for my car was missing, only 3 fuses were included with my order so a disappointment there until my fuses arrive which I have to buy separately.

I bought the hardwire kit for the Thieye reversing mirror. They include a number of piggy-back fuse holders and fuses. The combination fuse and holder that I required was included, but the fuse does not fit into the fuse holder. It goes in about half way and then stops. I exchanged several emails with the Thieye support department, and attached images to show the problem. Every reply I got from them suggested that I go to a local auto repair shop to solve the problemWhat is the point of buying thier product if I then have to go to a repair shop to make it work?I might just have well gone to an auto electrics shop in the first place and not wasted my money on the Thieye hardwire kit.

First things first, I received this item free from Thieye from a promotion offered when I bought the dash cam. I already had a cheap hardwire kit on my car, but like so many other reports of similar cheap kits, it was causing serious RF inference and making many radio stations unbearable to try listening to.Rather than committing to replacing the whole hardwire kit, I temporarily connected this one from Thieye in situ as a test.The kit comes with an extensive range of connectors that should suit the various fuse panels on a wide selection of cars.Having connected everything up (you need to have fuses on all connections) it worked exactly as I'd expect to power the dash cam and enable the additional time lapse recording and parking monitoring.But the big thing for me was that the RF interference (on the cheaper kit) that was affecting my radio stations was all but gone. Very impressed.Satisfied with my testing, now I just need to remove the old kit and run this one in to replace it.

The hard wire kit is not working got to get it looked at and can't take it out has its wired all through my car
