Great if you like coconut

Great Product for Gluten Free Diet
I like this product. It tastes fine to me. Of course, it takes a little getting used to...it's not like cereal or granola. But makes a great breakfast without gluten. I use vanilla almond milk with mine.

Mostly nuts, little sugar, great for parfaits and coffee time
I love that you can get it in a few flavors.I don't like the bloatedness I feel with all kinds of oats and granola. I like the seeds and nuts of this and the amount of sugar in traditional granola bars is disgusting. This is just perfect. I added a few spoons of this to my plain yogurt and feel very full and satisfied.When you want healthy fats and proteins - this is a great product.

Still too many carbs for Keto diet, but tastes good.

Yum! Cinnamon
This tastes mostly like cinnamon with a touch of maple- which works well for us.Nice size chunks. A couple bags did break up the chunks a bit in handling, these broken bits are very tasty on ice cream with a bit of honey- almost reminds me of Mexican fried ice cream.
