Q: The top of my stool has snapped (bought July 2022) and therefore can no longer be used. Is it possible to get a replacement part?

Mine is incredibly sturdy, I have a large lamp on mine. As for a replacement top I can only suggest contacting seller maybe?? Sorry I cannot be of more help

The stool is very sturdy. I have been using it as stepping stool to reach items from top shelves and it is still standing strong. I would say it’s strong enough for 25kg item.

Q: What is max height between bottom shelf and top please? Would like to put a 16cm (6 1/4") tall device on bottom shelf.

16 cm item would fit on the shelf, but only if you can slightly slope it whilst placing it. The stool has sides round the lower part of the top which makes the night less than 16 cm, but the actual height is more. Hope this makes sense.

Hi, thanks for your feedback, the Item Dimensions L x W x H is the packaging dimensions acturally, not the item's dimension. Please refer to the 2nd picture for the size. They are 13*10.1*9 inches, and 33*25.65*22.86 cm.
