Epson Home Cinema 2045 1080p 3D Miracast 3LCD Home Theater Projector

Value for money and excellent product. You will have to see it to believe it. I have seen demos in premier stores of the high end projectors and also a couple at my friends' house. I was a bit skeptical to purchase in the beginning because of what the product claims to do at the price, but it does it all. 2D to 3D conversion, wireless streaming, easy setup, MHL availability and most importantly - picture clarity. It's truly HD. Even in Eco mode (Cinema display) it is atleast 4x better than your regular DLPs. Works very well even in ample light - the darker the better ofcourse. The Best part of it is auto keystone, such low fan noise that you will hardly notice and a fantastic speaker. I have mine hooked to a home theater, but will not shy to use the speaker on the projector. Its an excellent choice at the price. I have projected mine onto the wall and the clarity is mesmerizing.

Great seller, brand new item, fast shipping, great product, sharp image, great colors, very impressed. We used a PC stick ( AWOW brand for $100 from Amazon) that has 5g wifi and bluetooth capability . Sitting in the back yard , a good 60' distance from the router, PC stick picked up the wifi signal just fine and connected itself to a JBL bluetooth wireless speaker that I had placed near the screen and we had a 120" outdoor movie theatre screen in front of us come to life with an amazing quality. Also bought the 120" screen from Amazon for $30. You can plug in any HDMI source but with the PC stick running on windows 10, it made the whole thing so easy, taking care of both audio and video! To get the best colors, I recommend using the apps ( Netflex, Amazon Pirme, Youtube, etc ) within the Win 10 for playing movies , not the browsers. I can foresee using this set at any gatherings!

I found this very stunning at my friend's place and after doing some research I brought the same one. This is my first projector ever. Here is my first impression after using it for couple of days :The Good :1. Image Quality is stunning, really!2. Contrast ratio is excellent in this price range.3. Play/Pause buttons on remote. Very handy if you are using Chromecast (which doesn't have remote)The Bad :1. No Lens Shift is a big drawback in this price range. Atleast horizontal lens shift is a must as it gives you the flexibility to keep the projector.2. I found keystone correction not very helpful. Also, remote doesn't provide these options on it. You have to do it on the projector (which is hanging somewhere on the ceiling)3. Miracast feature doesn't work from my android tablet. Go for Model 2040 and pay less $50. Get an Amazon Fire Stick or Roku which has Miracast built in.4. No digital audio out which I could have used with my Sound Bar instead of RCA5. Speakers are worst (10W mono) compared to competitors (10Wx2)6. Makes enough fan sound that could disturb you in silent scenes7. Mounting is difficult as it has three holes for screws, one in the middle and 2 at the front corners. Universal mount may not work.

This protector is easy to set up and easy to use. The keystone feature, multi-function remote, wifi and casting capability are my favorite features. It wirelessly connected to my G6 easily without having to use an extra Google cast device or similar. The picture quality is vivid in dynamic mode however I noticed when casting, the sharpness and clarity do not stay consistent throughout. A very minor flaw. The unit itself heats up very quickly too so make sure you put it in a well ventilated space because it could easily raise the temperature in the room when it's not on eco mode. The internal speaker is sufficient but I definitely recommend connecting it to a more powerful external speaker system. One thing I found frustrating was trying to use the Bluetooth feature. Neither My Bluetooth speaker nor my Bluetooth headphones would connect.

I have wanted a projector for years but have always put it off thinking it was to much work. After seeing pictures of a family members and talking with her about it I figured now was the time. This projector is great. Fan is a little loud and can pull me out of the experience during a quiet moment but even with that it's still great. This projector is in a room that gets a lot of light in the evenings and can wash the screen out a little (silver ticket which is also amazing) but I mean it's a lot of light. We have Sky lighting that lets that evening sun in a bunch.Every other time of the day and night this projector has more than enough power to get the job done. It's amazing for movie night and gaming on it is everything I hoped it would be. There are cheaper projectors out there and I am sure they are good for some but if you want high quality at an affordable price this is a great one to start with. If you are looking you won't be disappointed.

The projector was great for the first two months we owned it! Then it broke. Not just the lamp, the whole projector stopped working. We contacted customer support, but because I am stationed over seas, they would not ship us a replacement. Instead I gave them my parent's address, back in the states. OK, so now we are set, right? Wrong. They only accept returns via FedEx, and unfortunately we don't have a FedEx near by. I emailed the customer support a week ago and have received no word back from them. In summery if you live overseas, DO NOT BUY! If you do you are rolling the dice with $800+. That's a big gamble. It is also worth noting that we got it shipped to our overseas address when we bought the projector, but now that is--for some reason--out of the question. I am really disappointed with the customer "support" provided by Epson...
