Better products are available
I've now tried the tape, on my shoulder. This doesn't seem to work effectively. And when taking off the tape, it has ripped pieces of skin off. In my opinion not a great product 😢

My experience
Used it a couple of times and I didn’t feel I got any support from this and my pain was worse with it on. I used it for 4/5 days each time but it unfortunately didn’t help me.

Good tape
A lady put a review up saying she had used it for boob support! I hate wearing bras so bought this for the same reason - only used it today but so far it seems to be working - its easy to pull off - does not hurt and does not leave any residue so all good
