placement with ability to stay in place
metatarsal foot pads are difficult to get in place and remain in place throughout the day - these pads have just enough adhesive to stay in place and are reuseable.

Metatarsal Pain
These helped my metatarsal pain after I went to the podiatrist and he told me to wear them more in the arch of my foot instead of up higher on my foot pad. I thought they were in the pictured position but now I wear them half inch lower and made a big difference.

You can cut them to fit different ways.
You can cut them to fit different ways. The moment my metatarsal hurts from jogging, this pad saves me.

Buyer beware
The product is clearly marked as having "strong and clear adhesive" Not so. The pads did adhere to the shett sued to display them, however, there was no adhesive on the back of the pad to keeep it in place either on your foot or the insidee of your shoe.

Very uncomfortable to me.
Hard to remove from shoe soles.

Not comfortable
The pads felt more like a lump in my shoe rather than a cushion. They did not relieve my metatarsal pain.

They stick better
Didn't stick so good if you tried to reposition them.

Good!
It’s great if you have metatarsalgia, forefoot pain. You should put it on the insole about 5 mm proximal to the pain

Very thick
I found them hard to place and uncomfortable until I cut some off of the pad. These pads are very thick and I had to get used to wearing it. I don't think I would order them again.
