Swiss Eagle Face Mask with Smart SwissTech Protection - Reusable Mesh Face Covers

Im sure we have all tried a variety of masks at this point and used for different environments. I have been using a 6 layer mask which has been great and I feel protected but can be just a bit thick for summer and longer periods of use.I got these to test and see if I can use these for a flight coming up.First - Is NOT a 6 Layer Mask as advertised. It doesn't need to be super thick to be 6 layers. Because this felt so thin I decided to cut 1 mask open to see what was inside. It looks like a single, thin coffee filter in-between T-shirt Material. I would not be as upset of this was just listed as a regular mask... but it is unethical to say it has 6 layers and the product does not. (pictures being posted soon)Second - Fits a bit big for my face. It does come with some adjustment straps which are great. I like that there are circle hooks for people that need those. But it fits a bit big on my nose with quite a gap. Could not wear with glasses.Hey Look, It's a great back up mask to have in your car, back pack, purse, etc for when yo in a pinch. But would not be my main mask.Coming from actually using a 6 player mask, I was disappointed.

These masks are trash! They feel nice and comfortable but when you breathe in through your nose or mouth, the mask goes into your nostrils or mouth, causing a feeling of suffocation. Also, they fog glasses terrible.

The thin inside fabric is pulled into the nose or mouth even when taking shallow breaths making the masks uncomfortable and virtually unwearable. They also fit loosely around the nose even with the elastic pulled tight around the ears. For the price they should have a wire clip for the nose and a piece of wire or plastic running down the middle to keep the fabric away from the face.

The six layers will provide good protection if the user can get a tight fit. The masks do not contain nose wires so a tight fit is difficult to create. I attached nose wires to the outside of the masks to create a tight seal and immediately noticed how difficult it is to breath through six layers. That gave me confidence that the mask is working.

I liked it! I don't understand too much about masks or how much these cloth masks work. But here is my take on them:They are thick, I like that. Gives me a (false) sense of protection. With thickness comes some smell, when first opened it had some smell, when wahsed the smell of the soap lasted longer than usual.These are big masks, they cover my entire face, and most of my beard, thats good. However it will not fit every face. The straps work great to push the mask on your face, getting it extra close to your mouth and nose, can be annoying but I've gotten used to it.These is no nose bridge-wire-thing in these masks, the straps do pull the mask close to your face, however not as secure as a nose wire. I bought a separate wire/metal band that easily sticks to the top of the mask, creating a tighter gap around my nose.The quality of the mask is also high, although I would have preferred the inside cloth to be white, but that is just me. The straps do seem a little perishable to me, but nothing major. And they are adjustable!These are the third pair of masks I bought, around the same price range, these seem to be the best so far. Not sure how they compare to expensive masks, but from what I have experienced, these are a great pick! - also I've been looking into these masks mainly to get ready for some plane traveling I will be doing, I figured the big size of these would allow me to add an extra mask layer beneeth it, if I needed to do so!Oh forgot to add, these passed my candle light test, and are reasonably breathable. They are no 2-layer mask, so I won't be running with these, but are fine for everyday errands.Best of luck!

Mask completely covers the nose and reaches beyond the chin almost to the neck. (and I have a big face) I purchased these because they advertised to be 6 layers of fabric. But they are NOT any thicker than other masks I have tried. If you are a mouth breather, they absorb moisture and there's a "wet spot" on the outside which is embarrassing. I only use the black mask because of that.

Even though the description mentioned a “nose pin” there is nothing to tighten the mask over the nose. My glasses fog up badly when I use the mask.

I liked the design and feel of this mask, but it was just too small. On myself, it only stretched to the middle of my cheeks and when pulled up over my nose, it barely reached passed the tip of my chin. The size is suitable for a young child not a full grown adult. The ear straps felt comfortable, but because face coverage is small I didn’t wear them very long. There was minimal fogging of my eye glasses, on par with the fogging I experience with my neck gaiters. Unfortunately it’s back to neck gaiters for me until I can find a proper fitting mask with better facial coverage.

Be careful - these masks may have been created in Switzerland in 1961 but the ones we received were manufactured in India and were sent direct from there. This would not be a problem apart from the fact that the additional taxation and duty charged on delivery made them expensive. The masks are of satisfactory quality but I am not happy about being quoted one price and then being charged a further unadvertised levy on delivery.(£18)

This was sold as a high quality Swiss product. In reality it was shipped to the UK from India that took several weeks to be delivered and incurred and additional hefty charge for import and shipping.1/8/20 - update. The seller contacted me and reimbursed the import duty I had paid. Thank you. Having had time to test the masks, I am happy to confirm they are of a high quality, but they are on the small side (I ordered large). I have amended my previous rating accordingly.

This is one of the only masks that I could find that had several layers of filters & explained their layers of construction. I was trying to find a mask that offered a higher level of protection and I think this one does. They were a bit more expensive per unit but they are washable. Quality is ok although I only received 3 masks instead of 4 which was quickly rectified by the company when I sent them a message.

After initial difficulties with purchase delivery and import duty, it has now been sorted by the seller. I am very pleased with the masks. They are comfortable and secure with a lot of protection as stated in the advert. My initial review wasn't to complementary because the items came with an added import duty which the seller has now sorted out with his logistic partner and therefore any future purchases should not have this problem.

Good quality, comfortable mask. Though it states the size of the mask, who's going to start measuring their face!? Bought for my son for his return to school. Fortunately, they are just big enough to fit a 12 year old.
