I love this bowl! It is very large, perfect for a big gatherings. It's beautifully made, and I love all of the different tones of the wood, nice craftmanship. The only thing is that it's not sealed. (and the seller was very clear that you should not let it soke in water) I reached out to the seller about that, and they responded immediately with sealants they recommend. I understand that this is a small family run business and the owner himself replied to my question, for me, that alone is worth 5 stars alone.

The only way I would be happier with this set is if it happened to be dishwasher-safe.That said, it's easy to clean, it's massive (Big Salad massive), and it looks fabulous.

This is a gorgeous salad bowl. I oiled mine and let it sit for 24 hours and it shines and it’s lovely. The servers are nice and it came with tongs and a baster as a nice extra. Plus the company owner put in a note of thanks for purchasing from their small company,

I have more salad bowls than I can count; however, THIS is the bowl I love and use most often.1) Flat bottom: Ensures I don’t have tipping or spillage issues while mixing the contents.2) Width: About 11 inches (inside of bowl) making it wide enough to attractively display the contents.3) Depth: About 3 inches deep (inside of bowl) which is perfect for ANY set of tongs or salad servers.4) Maintenance: Super easy, I hand wash with Dawn Original (blue one) and dry right away. No dishwasher because it’s wood.5) Versatile: We are using this for salad, chips, popcorn, shelled peanuts … so much more than just salad. The width and depth make it comfortable to load up with movie night snacks and pass around the couch.I love it so much I’m going to buy more!!!

I needed something better than the big stainless steel Ikea bowl for our weekly BBQ Chopped salad from a popular local restaurant. This is actually a little bigger than I expected, but I much prefer that to one that's too small. It is sturdy, the utensils work great, and the coating has not shown any wear over months of use and hand washing, sometimes with it filled with water in the sink for a day.

For the great price, it is a magnificent gift. The person I gave it to just couldnt say enough about how much she loved it.
