Serrano Ham Cured Boneless 1 Kg (Spanish Jamon) + Chorizo Riojano 200 gr + Salchichón Sausage 200 gr - Jamonprive

I ordered it with some worry it'd arrive rotten or out of date as I had read reviews on Amazon, although it turned out the jamón (delicious pork meat!) and salchichón (tastes like sausage in chórizo form) were actually great!There was one issue: Chórizo was missing. Why? I don't know.So I contacted Jamonprive about this problem, explained it and asked if they could send me a chórizo, instead I got a full refund. Admittedly, not having all three meat pieces was not a first good impression, but the taste and the amount I got of meat for £18 was well worth it.Will I be buying again? It's certainly cheap than buying jamón from a supermarket.

I was a bit disappointed with the Quality of these items. The ham was very bland and had a Pressed feel to it and the sausages was grainy, so will mot end reordering from this seller again.

The chorizo is delicious, slices well, cam be cut really thin and added to a mixed platter. However, the ham is too dry. I used an electric food slicer to cut it up and even that had difficulty. The centre is soft and flavourful but the surrounding flesh is hard and has a sharp bitter flavour. Even soaking it didn’t help! Not worth the money!

I rarely leave reviews and this says it all!I mean it!avoid at all cost!even though i have read mixed reviews here,saw this ham on offer and could not resist temptation!My partner and I,we both love serrano ham,and we dont buy just at xmas time(though is harder to get after xmas),so took the plunge and ordered from here!the ham looks nice,a bit fatty here and there,but as my partner says,is what gives it flavour lol,but the smell and taste of this,is horrid!!i ve never had any ham that smelled or tasted like that(sour,mouldy and off smell maybe even chemical)!defo not edible,I aint willing to give it another go after the first taste(thought i could smell it after i ve had my shower,brushed my teeth and was in bed 3h later after tried it)will end up in bin!wasted £££ that s for sure!

I was looking forward to this Serrano package! Both the Serrano ham and the chorizo type sausage were rancid. They were so bad I did not return to suppliers as it would have posed a public health risk. The other sausage I did not open and that has also gone in the bin. I have reported this to Amazon and sent a message to the supplier with no response so far. I should have listened to other reviews.Avoid being tempted by the impressive price.

bad colour smell old stuff. i go to spain every year and wanted to recreate this for a riend very disapoiting really
