The product includes a fusible link and a disconnect. Some will not like the switch (which I mounted to the handlebars of my Goldwing cleanly) but can see where it is useful. I wish there was an indicator the Qi charger was powered because I could see how this will drain my battery over the winter if I forget to turn it off. I would have liked to have it unpowered with the ignition, but couldn't figure out how to fit it into my fuse box and and punted. Fortunately, it is switched... which I suppose some will not like (blah blah, blah blah blah...).

The media could not be loaded. If you own a motorcycle you probably already have a battery tender lead. If you don’t, it comes with one. Super easy to wire, its a no brainer. I opt’d to go with the tray style versus the X-Grip because I was replacing the X-Grip and I wanted something different. If the tray version doesn’t work out then they make an X-Grip version of this charging system. I gotta tell ya, if this was any cooler it would’ve came packed in dry ice. No more fumbling with stupid cables and worrying about your phone connector getting wet or grounding out. It’s SO EASY!!! Hope you like my short video.

Has a great great grip even off roading on my oversized phone it barely fits in, I never had to use the additional off road retention strap. Works even in the rain. Great product.

I bought this phone holder due to RAM's good reputation. I was tired of the cheaper phone holders not holding my phone due to wind or vibration. This holder is rock solid. The only issue is that my phone case is too thick for the phone to recharge, so I am looking for a thinner phone case. The installation was fairly easy, and the kit includes everything you need, even zip ties for a professional installed look.

Holds your ph great, it’s easy to position. The only thing that could be better is the charger, it’s very low powered,& doesn’t like my OtterBox case ( defender) Pass that it a great device.

I really wanted to keep this product, but it just doesn’t meet my needs.As a holder it’s fantastic, I like it more than the Xgrip it was meant to replace. It holds the phone very secure (so did the xgrip), but it easier to take out and I don’t have to worry about it hitting the volume buttons on my IPhone max.The problem is the wireless charging can’t keep up with my battery drain while using google maps and streaming Bluetooth music. I am sure this isn’t RAMs fault, and just an issue with wireless charging in general not giving as much juice.Removing my case made it drain slower, but it still lost charge while on the cradle. Given that I ride 10 hour days on some trips, that’s not going to cut it.Using a usb cable can actually charge it while running all these things, so I guess it’s back to the xgrip.If your power needs are less and you just want to stream some music or top off your phone between stops, this will work great. Just not as a GPS full time with your phones screen on.

IT WORKS PERFECTLY. I HAVE NO FEAR OF LOSING MY PHONE AS I RIDE. THE QUICK CHARGER CHARGES THROUGH MY OTTER BOX CASE WITH NO PROBLEM AND CHARGES QUICK I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMES WITH EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO INSTALL IT AND TO WIRE IT

This does not fit on a 2014 Honda cbr 1000rr. I asked multiple times if it does. It 100% does not. Now I have to buy a suction type mount because on the handle bar it won't fit and if you try to rig it. It hits the fairings and windscreen. Rather upset that I spent 190 for this and it won't work!!!
