Poor absorbency
The product in general is good. But the leg cuffs should be longer a bit, so that it grips the thigh and prevents leakage. Presently, it grips the groin and causes an itch.

Not for overnight use in case of bedridden elders
It is not for bedridden people’s overnight use but good to use during day time for mobile people with incontinence. It definitely leaks if used for more than 3 hours.
