Worst product ever.. Plzzz DO NOT buy
Very poor quality, doesn't worth a penny, the pine leaves are already broken & keeps falling off, thus risky wen babies & pets are around , & the delivery was nt done @ doorstep.. It was left downstairs in front of somebody else's house, I really regret spending on this & spoiling my Christmas 😭😭😭 & they shows that these can't be returned or replaced... Literally ruined ma Christmas expectations 😤😭😭😭

The tree is really good but I didn’t get all the Christmas decorations items got only bells, gifts other items all were missing

Cheap item
I have ordered 5 ft, But I got a 4 ft one. Plastic stand which is made of cheapPlastic. Green leafs are average quality.

Did not receive decor ornaments
We ordered the product thinking that having the ornaments together will be a plus. The tree itself is of good quality but we did not recieve a single piece pf ornament.We tried customer service but it is a complete dead end. I tried returning the order but they won't take it back either. I absolutely did not expect this type of behavior from Amazon, I've never had any trouble with Amazon before this.
