I was wondering if it will be useful or not and it’s amazing, making gnocchi so fast !

A little small but works well for home use. My 7 year old loved making gnocchi with me using this and had fun rolling them

Just used this for the first time yesterday to make some fresh homemade gnocchi. It was delish! The product worked great. I had no issues with splinters and the surface was smooth. I made sure the gnocchi was not too sticky before rolling them out and even dusted it with a bit of flour before making it to be sure. I have never used one before and after watching a short video on how to use, it was really easy.

This was a gift to our daughter and I don't know if she has used it yet, but it is similar to one we have, so I'm sure it's fine.

This little board did the job perfectly!! I purchased the machine first and returned it for this board!! 10 stars for the board

This will work in a pinch but I had to 1st hit it with some sand paper to take out the raw edges of wood.I have made my own since I got this. The board is a bit larger board. I cut the entire shape from 1 piece of wood. I also made one side the smaller cuts & the other side with a bit larger cuts for larger pasts pieces. Mine is much better & more versatile.This is an ok product for the price but it could have been a little better made. For the price & the novice it does the trick.

This is the first time I have used a gnocchi paddle. I found it very easy to use and a good size.

The board has lots of blemishes that look like moldy spots
