They are a little narrower than comfortable for me. I kept them anyway because if how well made and pretty they are. Just cant wear them all day

I followed the reviews and bought an 8 despite being between an 8 and an 8.5, and often going with the bigger size in heels. They are a tiny bit snug but I do think an 8.5 would be too big as it is in many pumps for me. They are so comfy, I can barely tell i am wearing heels, but they do look a little frumpy as a trade off. Luckily, the block heel style is in, but these are a frumpy even for that look. I bought them to replace a pair of Cole Haan block heels that I had worn to death. The styling on these is a lot less cute than those, which I bought before I realized the block heel trend was back. The toe box is round and blunt and the way the vamp is cut slightly assymetrically isn't that stylish or flattering. Also, the heel is and wide and very low. Still, they are super comfy and professional looking. I kept them because they are like walking on clouds and they do the trick for an every day work pump. I keep them under my desk and wear them often. I will replace them with something a bit more stylish though when the time comes.

I ordered these shoes in my normal size (9W), and literally walked right out of them. Reordered in 8.5W, same problem. Went to a 8W, and those felt pretty good. Then I went to a local shoe store that actually sells everything from gym shoes to orthopedic walking shoes and had my foot measured. I measured a 9M. So, back to Amazon to try that size. Those felt good in the front, but were definitely too long, so tried 8.5M which were too tight in the toe. So, after trying these shoes in 5 different sizes, I ended up up with my usual width (wide), but a full size down in length. They are comfortable, with a reasonably padded footbed, and a stable heel. I bought them in both black and taupe leather. Just wish they had the turtle dove leather in my size.

Based on other's reviews, I bought size 7W (I normally wear 7.5M, sometimes an 8). I was really surprised at the quality of the insert in this shoe; there is good padding from the heel to the ball of foot, with arch support. It would've been a perfect fit, but I really can't wear anything higher than 2" due to an old injury. The shoe is a classic look, with a 3/4 moon heel, which provide support (no wobbling), and a bottom that will not slip or skid. I'm not a big fan of the soft round toe, but if it had been a 2" instead of a 2.5", I would've kept it.

LOVE LOVE these shoes!! I am a flight attendant so I am on my feet a lot and need a good looking pair of professional, plain black shoes that are also comfortable. That's hard to find actually without giving up style. These are great looking and I get tons of compliments. Love that the toe isn't pointy nor is the heel. I prefer a boxy type heel as they're easier to walk in especially on cobblestones which are common in Europe. The heel is perfect height too. I hate them too high as they're just too hard to walk around in all day long. This height is just enough to still look great. I will be buying another pair so when this pair runs it's course, I will have a back up. I've recommended this shoe to many other FAs who've seen me in them and have asked who makes them and where did I get them. I will add that at first, the toe was a tiny bit tight, but it stretched out quickly and easily. Big thumbs up!

Nice shoe, I used to wear WW 9, I ordered WW9 but this shoe too tight to me, so I have to return, only one thing you need to beware if you need return the shoe , I paid $20 to mail shoe back to vander.

This is my second pair of Naturalizer Whitney pumps. I purchased the first pair at a local department store and liked them so much that I went on an Amazon hunt for another pair. The Taupe leather is very nice, but I would call it Nude versus Taupe. This was fine with me as I was looking for a Nude pump rather than Taupe. With bare legs, the shoes more or less blended with my lighter skin tone. A few years ago, I had surgery on my big toe and have since been unable to wear higher heels. These pumps, with the chunky heel, are the first heels I can comfortably wear for 4-5 hours at a time. I purchased 9.5 Medium which is my usual size. That said, I have a naturally wider foot and have been known to buy wide shoes on occasion. So I would say they are a naturally wider fitting shoe.

I ordered a size 6 and I love the shoes. They are comfortable but one shoe has a slight defect of not fitting as tight as the other shoe.

Looooooooove these shoes!! They are super comfortable, no need to break-in. I will definitely buy these again.

Sometimes I look down at my feet and the chunky low heel and rounded toe gives me flash backs of something my grandmother wore in the late 80s. However, for the sake of all day comfort (I ran a 2 day conference and at times, was literally sprinting from venue to venue) these are about as comfortable as you are going to get in a pump!

This pump has a 2.5 inch block heel that is great for stability. I usually wear a 6B I'm most brands but needed these in a 5.5B. I would have tried a 6.5N if available. The toe area is not cut too low so my arthritis in my small and large toes were not aggravated. Two downsides - even in the 5.5B, my heel is still slipping off occasionally and I wish the heel was 2 inches. As a senior I prefer block heel, maximum 2 inches in height. I have not decided whether I will return.

The price was right so I bought these shoes. I do really like them, they fit well but I noticed the front curve of the shoe is slightly different on both feet and it looks a bit weird. I am being picky, it's not that noticeable but it irritates me.

They fit well, and the heel is a nice height for dresses or pants. Now I need another pair!
