These are impressive! Each unit is actually fairly large due to the included heat sink, lens assembly, and padded / protected by a soft outer shell.Surprisingly these are the perfect size to wedge in the nose of the Bugs 3. Ridiculously bright!

At 1.75 inches long, the heat sink is 1.25 inches of that. The heat srink tubing covers most of that. I trimmed the tubing for better air flow and am considering trimming the heat sink to 1/2 inch long for weight/size reasons. The lamp/heat sink itself doesn't get hot. Warm at best, but rather the driver does. With a 300ma/7.4 v lipo it runs for about 20 min.s before a slight noticable drop in brightness,40+ min.s with a 1300ma cell. Enough time for a flight and stays lit long after in case of a lost vehicle. Now I'm looking for a lens to condense the beam. Very usefull for many apps.

Whoa these are bright! I am using them as headlights on a Traxxas TRX-4 truck. As some have stated one is whiter than the other. I ordered two sets to get two of the same lights. I'm powering them off 8.25V from a Castle 2.0 BEC and they are absolutely blinding. I would say that they are close to 250 lumens each at that voltage.One thing has me worried though. The little ballast on them gets ferociously hot very quickly. It hasn't died yet, but electronic components don't like heat and it can't be good for it. It's not like I am overpowering them. They are supposedly good up to 17V and I'm hitting them with half that with a nice, steady current.

This light is excellent for night flying to shine the light on to the ground to let the pilot see how far off the airplane is from the ground, when landing.

Hahahhahahahha! This thing is awesome. Amazing brightness! I mean seriously bright. Exactly what I needed. My only complaint is that one of the LEDs lenses has an air bubble in it, and kind of ruins the light. But the other one works so far beyond my expectations! (Only the three star because half the ser technically doesn't work "perfectly". Still lights up, just not as focused; slightly distorted)

This package actually comes with 2 LED lights, not 1 (as per the description). You get one LED that is a COOL white color and one that is a warm white color. The warm white lamp has a yellow sticker on it. I haven't flown with them yet but they seem to be very bright. I have only tried them indoors but excited to test them FPVing outdoors at night. They also seem to be very well constructed.

Man these are bright going on my Avios Grand Tundra. Now each light is 3.3 volts if your gonna run both lights of a life pack or 18650's you get rid of the ballast connect one red lead to others black then wire up normal. the ballast waste a lot of energy.

First of all big thanks to the seller, got it in less than 48 hours. super fast shipping and suppppper BBBBBBRIGHTTTTTT,you probably need to have its own power since this thing is incredibly bright, jut made a removable under wings attachment for it and WOW man these things light up the whole wall 2 meters away.will buy again
