Horrible!
Sadly, I bought a huge bag of these beans, and they just don't soften. I have even soaked them before cooking, but they are still hard after cooking them for a very long time. I was bummed as I bought a very big bag that I can not use.

These black beans are the 💣! One hour cook time in your Insta Pot (45 minutes pressure and 20 minutes on pressure release/heat. A weekly staple in my home. Will reorder soon. Shipping cost is a little high.
