Love this wine cooler especially since it fits perfectly in a cabinet we purchased from Ikea. Looks great in our home, very stylish.Cooler worked perfectly for about 10.5 months. Cooler then started making a clicking noise like the motor was just cycling over and over. Still held at a steady 53 degrees though so I just lived with it. This lasted for about 2 weeks, then it just completely died. Thankfully I was still within the 1-year warranty period. Contacted customer service and was helped by a guy named Fern. He was amazing. I described the problem I was having and he had a brand new unit shipped to me just like that. It was delivered in about three days. I wish all companies corrected issues like that.

Easy controls and keeps temp perfectly. Slight noise when it starts, but otherwise nearly silent. Biggest complaint: many of the wine bottles I have are a bit fatter and/or longer than "standard" (whatever that is), so cannot actually fit 23 bottles into it. Can maximize by carefully rearranging bottle and positions like working a puzzle. Your results will vary depending on the bottle shape/size. This is a common problem with many compact wine coolers, so not unique to this one.

I was really excited about getting this wine fridge. But we’ll have to return it. It makes a pretty loud beeping-type noise when it is in cooling mode, which is a significant portion of the time. We keep thinking an alarm is going off on the kitchen! What a waste of time and money.

This wine cooler was the perfect size for our space. Two months in we are very happy with the the quality, quietness, and overall functionality.

Wine fridge is VERY small inside and surely NOT for 23 bottles of any size will fit. Can't fit 5 bottles on any one shelf without pushing up the shelf above it. Had to remove the very top shelf altogether just to allow the second shelf down to work with enough clearance to remove the 4 most used bottles. The 4 bottles on the 3rd shelf down are pinched so tight (from the weight above) that you have to lift up on the shelf above to drag one bottle out which usually scrapes off the labels. Very crummy design! This wine fridge is also NOT 32" tall, like the text describes, but only 24" tall. That's 8" short?? What's the deal there? The depth is the very minimum and only very "Standard" wine bottles will fit and still allow the door to close. The construction quality is in the lower section of medium quality wine fridges, I would say. Our previous NewAire was MUCH better made, more functional inside and nicer looking. It had a SS bar handle (this one has NO HANDLE but a PLASTIC finger pocket to pull on from the side edge) our old one had all shelves with chrome front bands (this one has just black bent-wire shelves that don't pull out well when loaded). Very disappointed and it's most aggravating every time we use it! Would NOT buy again!
