Love how light weight this jump rope is. The only downside for me is how long it is because I'm so short. I tried to adjust it but had to use wire-cutters to cut the rope. It's made out of a metal wire covered in plastic, which is great for it's durability! The handle grips are nice and light with a sponge like material, so my hands don't lose grip while sweating

I used to jump rope as a kid all the time - I was great at it and loved it. I recently switched my gym routine from purely lifting to more HIIT, and I wanted to skip rope to get my heart rate up. This was cheap, resizable, and I liked the color.I didn't even think a skipping rope could be that bad. It comes very long, which was fine because I planned to resize it. However, you have to cut it to resize, and this thing is made out of seriously durable wire with a sticky coating. Several pairs of scissors and wire cutters later, I was sweating and still couldn't cut it. I figured, fine, I'll just tie it at the end. But no, this thing tangles mid-air. It's completely useless. The handles were comfortable to grab.Don't waste your money on this.

The product is very helpful during quarantine times to keep the blood pumping. Best part of it is that this is a tangle free equipment and adjustable one as we need to cut the extra wire.The only missing is “truly adjustable “. If it has a feature to expand the wire and collapse as needed for both adults and kids, it would be very good. But this is not in this case. May be in future. So I trimmed one point as shown picture is misleading that it is adjustable for kids and adults.But overall, good quality, have a good grip and one year warranty. I totally recommended it.P.S. So the adjustable length-is lacking now true they didn't describe how it was adustable but I "figured" something in the handle (like a retracktable dog leash) anyway you have to unscrew the top pull the rope out AND then take some wire cutters to cut it. Well I don't have wire cutters but I'm 4'10 so I absolutely needed to adjust it. So now I have to buy some wire cutters. However I did jump with the rope and I liked it.

This jump rope is very well made; it's sturdy yet just the right weight. The length can be adjusted in seconds, so my wife and I can both use the same jump rope for our workouts. As you can see in my picture, the jump rope has metal parts, which have held up to a ton of use, and give the jump rope a nice weight. Overall, this jump rope is far better than others I've purchased, plus this jump rope was less money, a win-win.

Just received this rope a few days ago. It took me a few tries to figure out how to put it together properly, but once I figured it out it was easy to switch the ropes out. I included a picture here to show the proper order of connectors.. I am. Anyone shorter will have to trim the rope to fit in the handle. The handles themselves are relatively heavy which could be good or bad depending on your preference. I first tried the thicker "strength"rope. Really different feel. It takes a lot more effort to cycle and would be good for building up stamina. The thinner "speed" rope lives up to its name. Especially after the thick rope it flies around. My one complaint is that whenever I stopped the thin rope immediately became tangled. Also, you should not use this rope on rough surfaces. I was using it on concrete and the rope showed wear after only one use.
