Upcycled Shabby Chic skirt, Boho Skirt. I began with a denim waistband, and two (slightly gauzy) fabric squares from two different shirts. After attaching the fabric squares to the waistband, and joining them at the sides, I enhanced the look with strips of the same fabrics strategically placed around the skirt. I also integrated strips of exquisite black lace. There are also three appliques of same lace on the front, one of which enhances the snap closure. There is a ruffle of black Tulle across the waistband in the back. I embellished the waistband with beige cotton lace, and finished the hemline with brown cotton eyelet trim... this is truly a unique and One of a Kind Fashion Statement! The waistband measures 29" (73.6 cm), the hips about 38" (96.5 cm), and the length from top of waistband to bottom of hemline is about 19" (48.25 cm). Please go by your own measurements to be sure of a happy fit :) All materials are pre-washed in my homemade laundry soap, and rinsed in our mountain well water with white vinegar for softness and purity.
