Not effective and very dim lighted UV tube
The media could not be loaded. Refer to the attached Video. All 4 tubes ordered are flickering. It doesn't glow full, only 60 to 70% tube glows remaining doesn't glow. You can see it into the attached video. I have recorded how they are flickering and how dim light they are emitting. It is like some 2W tube (certainly not 11w). I was not able to take the direct video as UV lights (if it is real UV light) are hazardous. So I really doubt if it can be effective or useful to sanitize the water, air or surface :(

Not so happy even after replacement
The product seems to be gud, in my 1st delivery 1 of the uv light was not working, got replacement but in this also 1 uv light is not working fine. It flicker when switched on. If I ask a replacement agin it will take 1 more week and my need is going to be on hold again. If the seller can send 1 uv light which is working fine, but I doubt they will do so. Both chocks are fine but not happy with light as 1 is not working fine. Otherwise product is good n easy to use.

UV Tube is Value for money. But don't buy the choke.
UV lamps are Value for money, ordered 4, received 5, all the tubes worked, but one of the tube failed quickly, probably due to faulty circuit.The UV choke ordered is not good quality one choke sort of worked, other one did not work initially work but started working after some time, the choke output that is UV light is inconsistent some times it works, other time it does not, it depends on the tube that is used! The output intensity also varies, flickers. My suggestion is not to buy choke, had to buy another choke from market since this is not good.But the tube is fine and value for money

I cannot speak about compatibility with filters, Bought it for disinfection, worked well.
Since I did not install it in a water fiter, I cannot say whether or not it fits, and how long it will last. Worked well for my purposes. Bought it to disinfect a few cupboards that were mildew infested. It worked well. I tried alcohol, vinegar, disinfectant sprays, and a whole lot of stuff but UV disinfection worked the best.

Pathetic quality - 2 out of 4 tubes were not working
I bought 4 UV Chokes and 4 UV tubes. 1 out of 4 chokes were not working and 2 out of 4 UV tubes were not working. Tubes are of some Starlite make but extremely poor quality. Quality is pathetic. Wires, connector, LED indicator of the choke......all are very pathetic quality. Better to spend more and purchase UVC tube and Philips ballast for the UV tube. Kovio neer is very poor quality, half of the parts received were not working and a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY.
