Q: I’ve only used this once now it’s not working I’ve charged it numerous times but when I press it all 3 green lights light up but nothing happens

Since the company's contact details are incorrect, there is absolutely nothing you can do. Congratulations, like us, you have just wasted a shed load of money that you can't afford to lose on a useless pile of plastic and metal. My advice is steer well clear of these con artists.

yes there are 3 lights that flash until charged they stay on. i leave it plug in all the time when not in use and have had no problems.

Q: How long do you have to charge it for

It will be fully charged when all 3 red lights come on. Still Works when only partly charged. When I first had mine it was on charge for a week, with all three lights on but didn’t work so I contacted Jajibot and they sent a new motor, works perfectly now.
