Yup transition from copper to PEX, you still need to do a little soldering, it's more cost effective than using any sharkbite type of transition. To

Waaaay cheaper than buying brand name in big box store
I have only used a three of these. I used them on a thermostatic mixing valve. I ordered 3 mixing valves listed as having PEX fittings. Not one of the three, from multiple suppliers, had PEX fittings. I opted to buy 3/4 sweat fittings and used these. Very happy with the results. No leaks on ANY of the EFIELD PEX fittings.
