I bought this thinking I could listen to music in my car (which has no CD player) Disappointed to find you can only hear the sound through earphones. Not what I was after at all.

I bought this for my husband who is sight impaired and elderly. After a few days of using/learning, it has proved to be perfect for him. He is delighted and very satisfied with it. I now want to buy one for myself, but very disappointed to read that this item is now Out of Stock!

Regrettably the supplied headphones,although fitting in the ear well,did not work properly. This probably due to the in line switch for on/off and fast fwd/fast backward. Have emailed the manufacturer about this but still awaiting reply..I expect them to offer replacement headset. I have tried my own basic earphones without a switch and they work ok-ish. The device was purchased as,to my horror, NO CD player was fitted in my new car as it was deemed to be old hat. Surprising really. However this player fills this gap in technology and is a good stop gap for an oldie who does not understand new audio technology . The connection to the car is by way of AUX CABLE and works well enough . However the car audio volume needs to be turned up to a louder setting using this connection method so be careful when returning to car radio etc to turn down the volume as you will probably blow your head off if you don't. The player looks nice but the colour of RED looks more like Brown. Well does this matter ?.

I am really pleased with the sound quality of this little player. Have not used in the car yet but cannot see it would be any less good. Gave only 4 stars because the book is a bit vague about charging the unit itself but I presume you just put it in a charger when the display tells you it is running down. Would be helpful if the unit had a similar display to the mobile phones re the amount of charge it holds. It is a great little player for cars without CD players.

It sounds good and comes with Small headphones. It does take batteries I recommend rechargeable ones which are the ones I use. It is easy to use and sounds great. Even came with earphones that work well, and fit well. I Happy with my purchase.

I bought this cd player to put in my motorhome , as my stereo does not have a cd player .The player is supplied with headphones , micro usb charging cable , and etailed instructions .Charging took about 1 hour to fully charge , it has dual heaphones out so you can share with someone else as well.As well as playing cd's you can play mps recorded to cd as well .Audio quality is very good indeed with a equaliser built in .with it being portable you can carry around with you , its not heavy and quite light to carry , when moving about it did not jump at all played perfectly . volume of the output was very high with no distortion at all.The Earphones supplied are pretty good as well but of course you can use your own .All in all its built very well , and cannot fault it , whilst driving with it on the dash it didn't jump or skip at all either .

Don't touch this with a bargepole, the audio quality is absolutely awful.I was a bit suspicious when I trie one of my favourite cds so I put in my test cd; the first thing was that the channels were the wrong way round, left on right, right on left, and with the frequency sweep the aliasing above about 3 kHz was really, really bad.I just can't believe the manufacturer would allow this out of the factory.Returned to Amazon post haste.

Lovely to look at, compact, easy to use. Great sound quality. I'm so pleased with this portable CD player. It goes everywhere with me, in my bag, my car, shopping...everywhere. A great buy.
