Best Extender! Great unique port design, and a great company that stands behind their product.
So first off, I made a mistake with my setup and I blamed the box, I tried several different variables and could not get it to work, tried different USB devices, tried a different Ethernet cable. The technical support from SGEYR was very responsive and actually processed a refund that I later realized was my fault. What happened was my PC has multiple USB ports and after I got the refund, it occurred to me a few days later, maybe it’s the USB port on the PC, and THAT was the issue. I was very impressed that they worked with me even in my error and were super supportive. What I like about this particular unit is that its 12V and not 5V, also the unique layout of the USB ports is perfect! Other extenders put all 4 ports so close together, if you have thicker plastic on one of your USB plugs you are plugging in, they will interfere with each other. I actually had this happen on a different unit. Think about when you try to plug 6 things into a 6-plug power strip and 2 of them are power supply bricks, you can’t do it, the brick covers the other plugs. This box fixes that concern with by keeping the 2 sets of two ports separate, genius, nobody else is doing this. This extender works great, I use it with my Home Theater PC to play Fortnight in my bedroom. I have about 60 feet of cat 6 ethernet running through the attic connecting the two boxes. I have 4 things connected to it and it works flawlessly. I have a wired PDP Xbox controller, a Logitech wireless Keyboard/mouse, A gaming Mouse and an ASUS Bluetooth Dongle that I used to connect a Toshiba noise canceling wireless headset with mic. All works great!Great price too, I would pick this one over the others for the quality of the product, the troubleshooting support, and the fact that they trust the customer and stand behind their product. Truly the best company I have worked with on Amazon.

Works better than expected
Based on other reviews, I was worried how well this would function for my application. I'm close to the maximum advertised distance and have more than four devices plugged into the unit, including a headset adaptor and 720p USB 2.0 webcam. My receiver and transmitter are connected by 125' of Cat 6 cable. Here's what I have plugged into the transmitter:- 1 Unpowered usb hub with hardwired USB keyboard and wireless trackball adaptor- 1 unpowered usb hub with two Logitech unifying receivers (two keyboard and mouse combos)- 1 USB headset adaptor (mic and stereo audio)- 1 Logitech C270 720p USB 2.0 webcamUnbelievably, it all works. Zoom meetings work great with the webcam (I don't use HD), online gaming is fine with the headset adaptor, and there's no delay on any of the keyboards. I do however seem to overwhelm it when trying to run the Logitech camera settings utility for the webcam, which I'm assuming is because it goes to full HD resolution, which seems to overwhelm the adaptor. The only complaint I have is that the indicator lights are very bright and distracting, but I taped over them and it doesn't seem like enough to dock a star.

Works great - unless you need very high bandwidth over long distances
The setup of the units was a breeze. Plug & Play. Everything worked great when I used a 10 foot Cat5e/6 cable for testing. One of the devices I have plugged in is a 5mp eyepiece web cam. At only 10' of cable I was able to view the web cam video at the highest resolution. But, when I switched to a 100' cable (the highest speed & quality I could find), the software handling the camera froze when I tried to use the higher resolutions. Anything below 1280/768 worked great. But, anything over this and the camera froze up. All I had to to is switch to a dedicated USB cable < 15', or reduce the cat 5e/6 cable length to get the high resolutions to work. So, these units do work, and you can remote control your USB devices up to 150'. But, apparently, only if your bandwidth needs are modest.

Needs to be re-plugged every 10 minutes
Tried it with a 25 foot cat6a cable that was to connect a keyboard and mouse. It works for about 10 minutes and then it stops working. Unplugging the power and plugin it back in lets it work for another 10 minutes. Looking at other reviews I see that I am not the only one with this problem.

Worth it for my needs
I currently have 3 pieces of tech in my office that are not capable of networking. Now this is not a usb to lan device this turns usb 2.0 to a ethernet cord ((((do not plugin to your home network)))) and back to a usb on the other side. I use it with my old craft robo , rolo thermal printer, and canon 2100 mega tank. to run across our shop now this is great because it has no signal degradation in the little run I have done plus it has a 4port hub built in so it only occupies 1 usb port. It does not forward the names of the devices to the computer (had a little guessing match with the ports but in the end it is worth every penny. FIVE stars

Does NOT work to extend all Cameras!
Hooked up this item with Cat5e, extended ~60ft. The picture will not come through clearly from a 1080p industrial cam. Tested with a 3-foot Cat5e cable, same result. New 1080p clip on webcam. Same result. Third digital camera, 720p - works. The camera has its own battery so maybe it's a power issue? Or maybe it's a bandwidth issue. The audio took only two mics to find success, the second worked but was a bit choppy and with low volume. Decent unit if it happens to work with your equipment.

Solid, Flawless.
Flawless. Works exactly as expected. I had already run a cat 6 to a location and now realized I no longer needed it for internet, but for a webcam (for zoom). I unboxed the product, plugged it in, and I was instantly up. Its as if I am plugged directly into the computer. Highly recommend.Only thing I wish it had were mounting brackets. But thats just being picky, I velcroed it to the back of the tv which worked just as well.
