SanDisk 1GB Ultra II CompactFlash Memory Card

This is an older Fujifilm 602Z transition DSLR and my picture storage memory devices were failing. It has 2 memory slots, one designed for 3.3V Smartmedia and the other was designed for a Microdrive (an actual hard disk drive). The Smartmedia is Fuji-proprietary and are very hard to find and expensive when you can (and are failure prone). The same availability issues are true for the Microdrives.Fortunately, the Microdrive slot uses the CF+ Type II standard - designed for up to 1GB. Its compatible with both Compact Flash type I and II. The compliance to this standard is great because you can use this CompactFlash card made to that standard, although cards as small as 1GB are becoming less common. Some sources say that a 2GB and 4 GB cards will work, and only the downside is the in-camera frame counter is confused.Solid state CF cards with a 16x (min. sustained write speed of 2.4MB/second) or faster speed rating work well.

Ordered 3 of these Cmp Flash cards. Received them within a week as described -brand new in pkg. Price was cheapest around when I ordered them. These are the largest and best cards that are compatible with the Boss BR600 Digital Recorder.

Works fine for the most part!

Bought it for my wife’s digital camera. She shoots JPGs so can get hundreds of shots on disk. She has several 128 mb disks but loves the larger capacity this disk gives.
